Delete Your Account

1. 1.Open the Stethos app on your device.
2. 2.Tap the Profile tab (👤 icon, bottom right).
3. 3.Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
4. 4.Tap Delete Account and confirm the prompt.
5. 5.Your account and all personal data is permanently deleted immediately.

Email us from the address linked to your Stethos account. We process all requests within 5 business days.

Data that is permanently deleted

• ✕Account credentials and authentication data
• ✕Name, phone number, and profile settings
• ✕Exam year, subject preferences, and selected study plan
• ✕All practice question attempts and scores
• ✕Mock test results, analysis, and rank predictions
• ✕Study streak and daily progress data
• ✕Ad engagement and reward ad tracking data (AsyncStorage + server)

Data that may be retained

• ✓Anonymized aggregate statistics — Subject difficulty ratings and question performance averages with no personal identifiers attached.
• ✓Legal & compliance records — If required by applicable law, certain transaction or legal records may be retained for up to 7 years.

All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is complete.
